Small or narrow items that can be easily moved will have a reduced rate. 

Rates are calculated including trailer tongue/hitch (unless foldable) and any extended rear items like spare tires and outboards.

We have two separate security systems to monitor the buildings and help protect your items. This is a family property where we live full time. 

​

Please note this is a rural property. It is impossible to stop mice from getting into the buildings. We take as many precautions as possible  and spend thousands on traps, poison and varmint control to help protect your stored property. I recommend Bounce sheets for the interior of your vehicle, these seem to extremely effective at deterring nesting mice inside vehicles.
